At Dapper Leatherz, we take pride in the quality of our leather jackets and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached
- Return must be initiated within 4 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Note: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-sized or personalized jackets
- Items returned after the return window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact us at sales@dapperleatherz.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- If a refund is delayed or missing, please contact your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (within the exchange window). If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@dapperleatherz.pk with your order number and details.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- We will evaluate and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
